Tracy McMurtrie Luck | Managing Attorney
Tracy McMurtrie Luck is a graduate of the University of Virginia and received her law degree from the Suffolk University School of Law in Boston in 1991.
Tracy has practiced law in the greater Williamsburg and Middle Peninsula area since 1991, concentrating her practice in the areas of family law, adoption, residential and commercial real estate transactions, consumer bankruptcy, and criminal and traffic defense.

Admitted to all Virginia state and federal courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, she concentrates her litigation practice in the circuit, district, and juvenile and domestic relations district courts for Williamsburg/James City County and York County/Poquoson, and the federal Bankruptcy Court.
Tracy is an active member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, and the Williamsburg Bar Association. She has served on the boards of directors for the Williamsburg Childcare Center at the College of William and Mary and the Early Childhood Music School.
